Poetry Tea

Poetry Tea is so much fun. Last night we made some coconut macaroons. I found the recipe at Elanas Pantry which is a great website for sugar free and gluten free and dairy free foods.  http://www.elanaspantry.com/coconut-macaroons

I had my homemade chocolate and we made some rooibos tea. The children set the table and off we went with a poetry reading. They will sit for ages like this listening to poems and it is so much fun and spans the ages! We must do this more often!
